Refund & Sales Policy

This policy explains how NavSell, owned and operated by Origin Infinity LLC, handles U.S. software buying guidance, direct digital software purchases, cancellations, delivery, and refund requests.

1. U.S. customer scope

NavSell is intended for customers located in the United States. Product availability, checkout, delivery, tax handling, and refund review are managed for U.S. customers and may not be available outside the United States.

2. Software guidance and purchase paths

NavSell is a security advisory and software buying-guide website. Some listed products may be available through NavSell as a direct reseller or authorized sales channel. Other product pages may include affiliate or partner links that take you to a third-party provider website to complete the purchase or signup.

4. Digital product delivery

For direct reseller purchases, delivery may include a license key, account access, activation instructions, download link, email confirmation, or another approved digital delivery method. For affiliate or partner-link purchases, delivery, billing, cancellation, and refund handling are controlled by the third-party provider or merchant.

5. Order review and verification

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may review direct reseller orders before delivery. This review can include payment confirmation, billing accuracy, product availability, risk checks, and compliance with third-party license requirements.

6. Cancellations before delivery

You may request cancellation before a digital license, activation detail, or access credential has been delivered by NavSell. If the direct reseller order has not yet been fulfilled, we will review the request and cancel the order where possible.

7. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered when a direct reseller product has not been delivered, a duplicate payment was made, an order was cancelled before delivery, or NavSell is unable to fulfill the purchase. Each request is reviewed based on the order status and supporting details.

8. Non-refundable situations

Once a digital license, activation code, account access, or download access has been delivered, refunds may not be available because the product can be copied, activated, revealed, or used immediately. This does not limit any rights required by applicable law.

9. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, wallet, and payment provider processing times may vary, and NavSell cannot control delays caused by third-party payment networks.

10. Order inquiries

If you have a question about a direct NavSell order, delivery status, compatibility before purchase, or duplicate order, contact support@navsell.com with your order details. For affiliate or partner-link purchases, the provider or merchant may be responsible for billing, account access, refunds, and product delivery.
